Wellness Wednesdays!


Ummm... I know it isn't Wednesday yet, I am just so excited for my new weekly newsletter that I wanted to share the new offer with you today. In the midst of all this isolation, I have been looking for ways that I can help the people in my little online community feel their best.


I know wellness doesn't always come first in your list of priorities! The to-do list can be never ending and under these unique circumstances you may be even more limited on space, alone time, groceries, and finances. I thought it may be more helpful to connect with you on a more frequent basis to plant little seeds and ideas that you can take action on each week.


The email will be going out every Wednesday morning to start your hump day off right! It will be brief with three tips: fitness, fuel, and flexibility. These may come in the form of just a simple quick tip, articles or books to read, a podcast to listen to, a program to check out, or a video to watch. I hope to keep it short and sweet so you can just take action on a new simple tip or trick and try to build healthy habits one small step at a time.


I truly want to help you feel your best and I am trying to find all the little ways to plant seeds, inspire, and motivate you to take better care of yourself. It's time to put your health first, both body and mind.
