It's easy to get caught up in the rat race and feel that you don't have time to step away, you get swallowed up by your daily obligations, and you forget about your true self.
Your emotions and past hurts may be buried below the surface but they do affect your daily life. They show up as triggers, patterns, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs.
When you suppress parts of yourself, you also limit the amount of true happiness, joy, and abundance that you can feel.
