Stretch of the Month: Legs Up the Wall

Legs up the wall is one of the most versatile poses in yoga and is accessible to most people because it doesn't require strength or flexibility. I think it is amazing how putting your body in such a simple position will help you feel calm and relaxed. I used to use it as a restorative break between clients on a busy day. Now I use it when I am in pain or feeling exhausted and need some relief. Here's a video to help guide you through a few different leg variations and some self massage techniques!
