Our book of the month for August 2020 is Judgment Detox by Gabrielle Bernstein. We are planning to meet at some point in the first week of September but will connect to figure out a day and time that works for everyone. This book has a lot more inner work exercises to do so it may take more time but we will see where everyone is at soon!
Once you have made your list of your top 15 judgments, it is time to do some healing work! Gabrielle did a great job creating a script for the work, but EFT is not meant to be read from a book and I think it takes away from the effectiveness. I decided to make a little video of the tapping process and script to help you run through it with a little more ease.
The video is about 20 minutes so it will take some time to work on your judgments. I am going to work on EFT with one judgment each morning before I start my day. That should take a couple weeks to get through all of them! You may only want to test the waters and try the one you are most judgmental about and work on that for a few days. Use this however you want, I just wanted to help you get the ball started a bit easier.
