Service Description

Feeling your best in your physical body is key to moving through life with more ease. I use my personal training, Pilates, and yoga background to help create customized sessions for my clients that will help them work on their own unique situations. This looks different for everyone! Some of my clients come to me because they are aging and struggling to get down and up from the floor. Some need to lose weight. Some have osteopenia and would like to reverse it through exercise. Some are experiencing chronic aches and pains that they need relief from. Some are preparing for surgery and want to go into it as strong and healthy as possible so the recovery is easier. If you need help with your physical body and want to do personal training, pilates, private yoga sessions, or a combination of it all then this is the session for you!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate of your session.
