November: Lean Into Your Profile

We have two different aspects of our profile. One is conscious and is easier to identify with, the other is unconscious but lives deep within our body. Understanding these two sides of yourself can help you show up in life with more authenticity and integrity.

December: Your Shadows & Gifts

Due to poor conditioning and past trauma, it is common for us to live in our shadows rather than our gifts. We will discuss the tendencies you will naturally fall into because of your design. By contemplating these shadow aspects, it will allow you to step into your true gifts. You will release the patterns that have been limiting you and begin to have more fulfillment, love, and prosperity in your life.

January: Healing Retreat in Guatemala
