About Hilery

My passion for wellness isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal.

I first felt the call to support others on their health journeys after losing my father to brain cancer. Despite everything he faced, my dad never gave up his love for sports, movement, and an active lifestyle. His determination, mindset, and resilience were key to the longevity he experienced, even against all odds. I knew I wanted to honor his legacy by helping others tap into the same spirit of strength, hope, and vitality. That’s when I dove into the world of personal training and group fitness instruction, eventually earning certifications as a Cancer Exercise Specialist and in Yoga for Cancer Patients.

As I worked with clients, I quickly realized that true wellness wasn't just about the body—it was about the mind, the heart, and the spirit. The mind-body connection was undeniable. Clients' thoughts, fears, and habits often created the biggest obstacles to their healing and success. Later, my own journey with chronic illness gave me an even deeper understanding of what it takes to heal—not just physically, but holistically.

Every certification I’ve pursued and every life experience I’ve walked through has fueled my passion to share real, accessible wellness tools with others. Healing is possible. Progress is possible. A better quality of life is possible.

The Holistic Personal Training Toolbox was born from this passion: A space where you can find supportive resources—movement practices, nutrition tips, mindset strategies, somatic healing tools—all curated with love, knowledge, and firsthand experience. My hope is that this library gives you exactly what you need to feel stronger, more energized, more connected—and truly at home in your body.
